Founded in the 1960s
- TVK(Khmer) (Cambodia's original broadcasting station) since 1966 was broadcast in black&white up until 1986.
Founded in the 1970s
- Sovann Kiri (1972-1984), a now-defunct Khmer-Thai joint film company owned by movie stars Dy Saveth and Hui Keung. Ran in Cambodia between 1972-1975, and ran in Hong Kong between 1975-1984.
- Pisnoka (1970-1975), owned by actor Vann Vannak, and all films of which he plays as the leading male role.
